Muddassir Laique
Senior Manager, Corporate Development @Mayo Clinic
Muddassir (mu-thus-sir) Laique works as a Senior Manager in the Corporate Development team at Mayo Clinic. He moved from Chicago to join the team in early 2020. Initially providing support to three areas of Mayo Clinic (Mayo Clinic Labs, Mayo Clinic Platform, and Mayo Clinic International), he now focuses on International efforts to expand Mayo Clinic level of care across the world. He has supported major projects including digital pathology, Canada expansion, and London M&A. He has supported the completion of early stage investments in Medically Home, Resilience, R-Zero, and Gyant. He is currently evaluating early stage investments in medical education and late-stage in biotech. Muddassir has over 10+ years’ experience in Canadian and American capital markets. He has a Masters in Economics from Ryerson University in Toronto and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
